Privacy policy
This policy explains how Property I Am (Pty) Ltd (reg. 2025/571940/07), trading as AXLECAD ("we", "us") handles personal data for the AXLECAD website and studio. Contact: support@axlecad.com. Governing jurisdiction: the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
The short version
- The studio works in your browser. Your models stay on your device unless you choose to send them.
- No third-party trackers, no ads, no selling or sharing data for marketing.
- We never store IP addresses.
- We never store the email address of anyone under 13.
What we collect and how long we keep it

Anti-bot check
Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect bots. It runs only when a form is submitted, and Cloudflare processes technical signals under its own privacy policy.
Who processes data for us
Hosting and delivery: Cloudflare. Database: Supabase. Transactional email (if enabled): Google Workspace. Each acts as a processor on our instructions. Data is stored in Ireland (EU, eu-west-1).
Legal bases
Waitlist: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Bug and crash reports: our legitimate interest in keeping the product working. Rate limits: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. [Adjust to your jurisdiction.]
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, by writing to support@axlecad.com. To delete a waitlist entry yourself, use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also complain to your data-protection authority: the Information Regulator (South Africa), inforegulator.org.za.
