Kids' privacy
We want young builders to have fun safely. Property I Am (Pty) Ltd (reg. 2025/571940/07), trading as AXLECAD follows a simple rule: we do not collect personal information from children under 13.
Under 13
- The waitlist asks for an age band before anything is sent. If you choose "Under 13", the form shows a friendly message and nothing is sent to us. The email you typed is not stored anywhere.
- The studio itself needs no account and no personal details. Models stay on the device.
- Ask a parent or guardian to sign up for news on your behalf.
- Bug reports are optional. Please do not put personal information in them. If a parent finds such information, write to support@axlecad.com and we will delete it.
Ages 13–17
Teens may join the waitlist with the same consent box and unsubscribe link as adults. We store only the email address, the 13–17 band and the consent time, and nothing is used for advertising. Please ask a parent if you are unsure.
For parents and guardians
You can ask us to delete any data about your child at support@axlecad.com. We do not run ads, build profiles, or share data with advertisers. Applicable children's privacy laws: [e.g. COPPA, UK Children's Code, GDPR Art. 8 — confirm with counsel].
